2) Product availability and orders:
2.1 How to Place an Order?
Once you've added the selected product to your cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your details.
At this stage, you can still review and edit your order before finalizing it. After reviewing your order, simply click "Place Order" on the checkout page. Your order will then be successfully placed, and you can expect it to arrive within 5 working days.
2.2 Once you place your order, we will contact you using the number you provided to confirm the details.
2.3 The order only applies to the products that we have confirmed sent; we are not required to send any other products included in your order until their dispatch has been confirmed.
2.4 We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in the event that we do.
2.5 Due to high demand at certain times, some items in your order may be out of stock. If any items are unavailable, we may be unable to fulfill your order in its entirety. However, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.
3- Shipping Policy
3.1 In most cases, we will deliver all products in your purchase in a single shipment to the address mentioned in your contact details.
3.2 Please review the delivery information for more details about the different delivery options available for your order.
3.3 Items from the same order cannot be delivered to separate addresses.
3.4 A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm that you have received all your items.
4) Limitation of Liability
4.1 Once your shipment is delivered, the products are considered to be in your care. However, if any issues occur, such as defects or damage due to incorrect delivery, we are committed to resolving them to your satisfaction.
4.4.2 Ownership of the products will transfer to you upon safe delivery, and once full payment (including shipping fees) has been received.
5) Price and Promotions
5.1 All prices are listed on our website.
5.2 Incase of price change, orders that have already been confirmed will remain unaffected by these changes.
5.3 Given the wide range of products on our website, occasional pricing errors may occur. Once any discrepancies are identified, they will be promptly corrected.
5.4 If the actual price of a product differs from the price displayed on our website, we will reach out to you for approval before processing the order, or we may cancel the order and provide you with the necessary explanation.
6) Refund & Exchange Policy
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order, or any part of it, at any time before delivery and within 30 days of receiving the products. To do so, follow the return instructions outlined below.
6.2 If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
6.3 This guarantee applies only if the product remains sealed, in its original packaging, and has not been used.
6.4 The Return & Exchange policy does not apply to essential oils.
6.5 You have the right to an exchange or refund if the product is damaged, defective, or doesn’t match your order, as required by law.

7.1 If one or more of these Terms & Conditions are found to be void, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will continue to be fully enforceable.

7.3 Failure to enforce our rights immediately does not mean we have waived them. Furthermore, under these Terms & Conditions, you may not assign or transfer your rights to any third party.
