At Lazaro, we gladly accept returns as long as the product's packaging remains unopened, and the Terms of Refund & Exchange are met. Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. If there is a manufacturing defect, the return period may be extended to 30 days.
Terms of Refund & Exchange
- To receive a full refund (minus shipping costs), the product must be returned unopened and in the same condition as when received.
- The Refund & Exchange guarantee is valid for 14 days from the purchase receipt date.
- The 30-Day Refund & Exchange guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects, and does not apply to external damage, neglect, or misuse.
- All product accessories must be included and in original condition (Instruction Manual, Accessories, Invoice).
- Only Lazaro essential oils should be used; other oils containing fragrances, base oils, or synthetics may cause malfunction. Please note that using non-Lazaro oils may cause damage to the product, and in such cases, an exchange or refund may not be possible.
- After 14 days from receiving the order, we can assist with repairs under the warranty, as returns or exchanges will no longer be available.
Key Clarifications
- When requesting a refund or exchange, the customer is kindly asked to cover shipping costs and return the product in its original condition.
- The customer is also responsible for the costs of maintenance and shipping within 14 days from the purchase receipt date in the following cases:
- Negligence or misuse of the product.
- Submerging the appliance in water.
- Damage resulting from attempts to repair the appliance.
- Using oils other than Lazaro essential oils.
- Failing to empty the oil bottle completely before returning it to the courier.
- If there is a manufacturing defect, we’ll happily cover the shipping costs to or from you.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, and if the refund is approved by our Repairs department, we aim to process your refund within 14 days.
• Please note that the Refund & Exchange guarantee does not apply to essential oils.
Refund & Exchange Request Steps

- We’ll get in touch with you to confirm the delivery date with the shipping company for smooth processing.
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be carefully examined by our Repairs department, where they will assess the condition and determine the appropriate next steps.
- If your return or replacement request is approved, one of our customer care agents will contact you to discuss the preferred method for issuing your refund:
- For online payments, the refund will be transferred back to the same account used for the original payment.
- r cash payments or cash on delivery, we offer refunds via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or in-person cash collection at our headquarters.
Required Information:
- For a return through the bank: (Full name - Account number - Bank name - Branch name - SWIFT Code.)
- For a return through Vodafone Cash (mobile number and name).
